We are proud supporters of organic ingredients. We source the highest-quality ingredients with a strong emphasis on organic. While it's not always possible to source organic ingredients, most of our ingredients are certified organic as indicated.

All of our products are Vegan with the exception of one, which is our "Zen Beauty Balm", as it contains organic beeswax. Beeswax has many incredible benefits for the skin as indicated on our product page.

All our products are 100% all-natural and free of chemicals. We do NOT use any synthetic fragrances, fillers, synthetic preservatives (parabens), or any other harmful ingredients.

After opening, we recommend a shelf life of 6 months for best results. To help preserve the product, store at room temperature, in a dry place and avoid extreme temperatures (cold or hot), while keeping away from direct sunlight.

Our products are all-natural and we do not use any water, synthetic preservatives or fillers. We do use natural preservatives based on our formulations. Therefore, due to the nature of our products, melting and separation can occur for the body butters, balms or creams. If a product melts, simply store in a cool place and if separation occurs, the product can still be used and will dissolve when applied onto the skin.

A common question we get is around the difference between refined and unrefined in the ingredient description. Unrefined (also known as Virgin) is when the ingredient is cold-pressed and minimally processed. They contain more nutrients and their original color, along with their natural (light) characteristic odor.

We have received great feedback on our products and how they benefit skin ailments, such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, etc. Our products are not to serve as a medicine, therefore we do not make any medical claims with our products. Some of our products contain tree nut oils and nut butters, such as coconut oil, argan oil, shea butter and almond oil. If you are allergic to tree nuts, please review the product ingredients listed on our website and labels prior to purchasing. If you are unsure, please check with your physician prior to use.

While the concept of oils are new for some, they have been used since the dawn of humanity. Some relate poor experiences to problems with oils, when in actuality the issue is tied to the type of oils used. Being plant-based is just one component, not all oils work for everyone or support all skin types and several plant-based oils can cause issues when used on the face. We are deeply passionate about creating products that do support all skin types and this is also why we educate through through our insights and videos.

While all of our products have therapeutic and healing elements due to the high-quality + active ingredients, our "RAW Therapeutic" products are formulated differently, with higher concentration of vitamins and nutrients that cater to skin conditions, while still being safe for daily use.

All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. During our promotions, it could take a few extra days due to our volume. After that, it depends on the shipping option. Most customers receive their orders within 3-4 business days.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. However, we are working to expand. Also, we do offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $75.
