All our products are packaged in glass containers to ensure the purity of the product, while avoiding risk of interaction with plastic. This helps to maintain the vital plant-based nutrients and is better for the environment, as plastic is limited on the number of times it can be recycled, where glass is infinite. Our ultraviolet glass is an exceptional container that preserves and adds vitality + energy to the contents inside. These bottles are biophotonic, which means the electromagnetic waves of UVA and FAR infrared are able to penetrate through the glass and enhance the contents, while the harmful rays from the light spectrum are completely blocked. This allows for optimal protection against the aging process, to preserve and increase the potency and active botanical ingredients.

We are proud supporters of organic ingredients. We source the highest-quality ingredients with a strong emphasis on organic. While it's not always possible to source organic ingredients, most of our ingredients are certified organic as indicated.

All of our products are Vegan, with the exception of using sustainably organic beeswax, manuka honey, and royal jelly in a few of our products. We are proud to be a certified cruelty-free company with "The Leaping Bunny Program".

After opening, we recommend a shelf life of 6 months for best results. To help preserve the product, store at room temperature, in a dry place and avoid extreme temperatures (cold or hot), while keeping away from direct sunlight. Always apply our products with clean + dry hands to avoid bacteria from forming.

Our products are made without any synthetic preservatives or fillers. We do use preservatives that are naturally created by Nature. Due to the nature of our products, melting and separation can occur for the body butters, balms or creams. If a product melts, simply place in the fridge for a few hours. If separation occurs, the product can still be used and will dissolve when applied onto the skin.

A common question we get is around the difference between refined and unrefined in the ingredient description. Unrefined (also known as Virgin) is when the ingredient is cold-pressed and minimally processed. They contain more nutrients and their original color, along with their natural (light) characteristic odor.

We have received great feedback on our products and how they benefit skin ailments, such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, etc. Our products are not to serve as a medicine, therefore we do not make any medical claims with our products.

Some of our products contain tree nut oils and nut butters, such as coconut oil, argan oil, shea butter and almond oil. If you are allergic to tree nuts, please review the product ingredients listed on our website and labels prior to purchasing. If you are unsure, please check with your physician prior to use.

We never use synthetic fragrances, due to the unhealthy effects it can have on the skin, body + mind. We use high-quality essential oils for their added benefits and aromatherapy. We see them as a much healthier alternative to synthetic fragrances, plus they align with our core business values on ingredient transparency. In addition, we adhere to the recommended amount for our leave-on products, which is less than 2% dilution in our formulations.

We find much importance in knowing what is in the products we consume or use. The skin is one of the largest organs of the body, and absorbs from what it is exposed to. Therefore we see much value on feeding it nutrients for optimal health and vitality.

While the concept of oils are new for some, they have been used since the dawn of humanity. Some relate poor experiences to problems with oils, when in actuality the issue is tied to the type of oils used. Being plant-based is just one component, not all oils work for everyone or support all skin types and several plant-based oils can cause issues when used on the face. We are deeply passionate about creating products that do support all skin types and this is also why we educate through through our insights and videos.

We truly cater to ALL skin types with our products. We have found that other companies claim to be for all skin types, but through awareness, that is simply not true. Our own negative experiences using skincare brands with false claims were a great catalysis in starting OMAURA. We know what it’s like to lose faith in the skin care industry, and we hope to restore that faith for others. Our goal is to provide the experience of better beauty, while ensuring a positive and healthy experience.

While all of our products have therapeutic and healing elements due to the high-quality + active ingredients, our "RAW Therapeutic" products are formulated differently, with higher concentration of vitamins and nutrients that cater to skin conditions, while still being safe for daily use.

While plant-based oils are extremely beneficial, there are many distinguishing differences between them. The quality, grade, and type of oil all play a vital role. This is why some companies use certain oils that are not as good for the body (or face), as it helps them reduce the cost of the product. This is also why some companies dilute the ingredients with water, or fillers, and then the necessary synthetic preservatives, which impacts the health of the cells, not to mention gets absorbed into the body. In order to maintain the healthiest product that deliver the best results, we focus strictly on using the highest-quality and most effective plant-based ingredients in our formulations.

All online orders are secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as methods of payment. Sales tax is required on applicable states, at the local tax rate.

All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. During our promotions, it could take a few extra days due to our volume. After that, it depends on the shipping option. Most customers receive their orders within 3-4 business days.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. However, we are working to expand into other countries. Also, we do offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders $75 or more.
